Pilates: Regular class held in the Village Hall on Monday evenings, 7.30pm to 8.30pm. Please contact Sam Clarke on 07444 845596 for further details.
Aston Le Walls Film Club has regular film showings in the village hall at 7.30pm on the final Friday of the month (except August). See the film Club page for more information.
Daisy Bank Pocket Park management group meets in the Pocket Park 10.30am for about 1.5 hours, including coffee, usually on the third Sunday of the month, although this does vary. Click here for the Pocket Park page for photos and history of the park.
Parish Council meets on the second Thursday of the month (with a couple of exceptions. They have their own website www.astonlewallsparishcouncil.gov.uk with lots of useful and interesting information. See also the Parish Council page on this website.
These usually take place on the second Wednesday in the month, and provide a chance to meet people in the Village. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided; see Coming Soon! page for details.
Sewing Club meets in the village hall on the last Friday of the month except August and December, 10am-4pm. Tea, coffee, biscuits and cake are provided but please bring your own lunch. The hall has a fully equipped kitchen for storing and re-heating food. Everyone brings their own projects; not always sewing. There is plenty of table space, power sockets etc and the light is good. If you would like to find out more please call Jo Wilson, 660376 or Lizzie Barnes Moss on 660152. Everyone is welcome, whether they live in the village or not.
Women’s Institute As we were unable to form a committee this year WI is taking a break. Please contact Northant’s County Federation if you are interested in re-starting the group. There is also a lot of interesting paperwork and photos in the white WI box in the village hall that you are welcome to look at if you are interested.
Village Hall Committee meets on several occasions annually; see the Village hall page for more information, and please consider joining this very important committee. Without the village hall, the other village organisations would not have a venue for their meetings, parties etc.
